This Privacy Policy explains how CAM PRO collects, uses, and protects the personal data of our customers and their site personnel. This is a placeholder to be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.
We collect account details (name, email, company), operational site data you enter (workers, inductions, RAMS, attendance, photos), and technical data (device, log, and location data required for geofenced sign-in).
To provide the CAM PRO service, enforce SHEQ compliance workflows, generate reports, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.
All project data is stored on AWS Enterprise S3 infrastructure within the UK/EU region, encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS).
Your company's data is strictly isolated from other tenants at the database level. We share data only with sub-processors necessary to run the service (e.g. AWS), under contract.
