These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the CAM PRO platform. This is a placeholder to be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.
By accessing CAM PRO you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
Paid tiers (Lite £99, Standard £249, Enterprise £499) are charged per active project slot, per month, as agreed. The Pilot Program offers 30 days free for eligible companies and may be withdrawn at any time.
You must not misuse the platform, attempt to access other tenants' data, or use it for unlawful purposes.
You remain responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter and for your own statutory SHEQ obligations. CAM PRO is a tool to assist compliance, not a substitute for it.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Enterprise plans may include an SLA.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CAM PRO's liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate per the subscription terms. On termination your data is handled per the DPA.
